In today&#039;s scenario the question &quot;What motivates the Front line?&quot; is the single largest challenge across majority of the industries. It differs from place, time, people. EG In Bombay commute time; In Ahmedabad Designation; In Pune Money and then the challenge of meeting them &amp; standardising these for a multi locale organization.

Personally my experience has been that the middle level is most sensitive to Hierarchy, whilst the Senior wants power whereas the Front - the most crucial gets rammed:)</description>
