The name Organization Espresso was coined because he thinks that the life of an organization is so much like an espresso, which is the core or the basic coffee shot, if you get the core right the coffee turn out to be fabulous. Generally, the espresso is bitter made of high pressure and a rough grind, but once you have the perfect espresso you can make any coffee you want but just slide blending of additives, the coffee would be great if the espresso was, be it cappuccino, latte, mocha, Con Panna, or Risterroto. Same is with the organizations, the core is similar and if you get it perfect then despite all the bitterness or the grind you can get a leader, a winner irrespective of the industry, segment and position.
